2. How long has your company run on home furniture?

4. After an order is placed, when to deliver?
Usually 45 days for a full mixed 40HQ, for special order e.g. only a few kinds of products or if we have stock or frames ready, can finish within 25 days.
5. Does your company accept customization?
We have our own factory and excellent design team, and we accept OEM/ODM.
6. How about your company's certification?
FSC, SGS, P2.
7. If the products are not conformity with requirements, how to solve?
If the products are not conforming to customer samples or have quality problems, our company will be responsible for it.
8. What about the cooperation process?
Confirm details of order, 30% deposit, arrange production, pay the balance, shipment.
